Missions 21:

Empowering International Ministry in the 21st Century

on June 23 in Santa Ana, CA.

You’re invited to Missions 21, a one-day conference focusing on:

  • Justice issues
  • Gender issues
  • Mental Health
  • Orphan care/child welfare
Practicing the developmental skill of crossing the midline.

Many U.S.-based ministries that work internationally, like Empower International Ministries, employ a non-traditional model for missions. We’re not a traditional sending agency, but rather, we go in order to empower and equip local people. This gathering will bring together a variety of ministries to learn from one another, encourage one another, and explore possible collaboration.

There are many of us working independently on these issues, or running orphan projects or schools. While we may have the support of our local churches, we rarely have a chance to meet each other, network, and share resources and experiences.

The gathering will be held:

Saturday, June 23, 2018
